The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in mining/explosives, strong leadership, and the ability to travel across the US and Canada, reporting to the Director of Technical Services, North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mining Engineering preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years in mining engineering, explosives, drill & blast, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical products and services for Western USA mining markets (surface and underground).
• Provide blast design, product selection, surveying, post-blast analysis, and optimization.
• Support sales teams and customer demands with technical expertise across US and Canada.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and LLC management; train staff on blasting topics.
