CSC Generation is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, marketing, finance and other professional roles, with a focus on strengthening our talent presence in Canada. You will build sourcing pipelines across North America, establish advisory relationships with hiring managers, and drive measurable recruiting improvements.

You will join a lean team, own substantial responsibility, and move quickly to fill multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality hires

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in e-commerce, fintech, or tech.
• Sourcing and evaluating talent across North America (US/Canada).
• Data-driven approach to track metrics and drive improvements.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, finance, creative and other professional roles.
