Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics experience.
• ERP/MRP experience and analytics capability are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools; APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead North American supply chain & manufacturing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Translate forecasts into capacity, procurement, inventory, and distribution plans.
• Oversee warehousing, transportation, and logistics; manage supplier performance.
• Lead significant supplier negotiations and drive cost savings and continuity.
• Promote a high-performing organization through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
