Job summary

Nextpower Inc seeks an experienced Senior Director of Supply Chain for North America, based in Fremont, CA. You will own regional strategy, lead a multi-country team, and drive end-to-end supply chain execution across large-scale projects while collaborating with Sales, Finance, R&D and HR.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytics are essential. The role requires 20+ years in supply chain leadership, experience in EPC/construction, international collaboration, and regular travel.

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in supply chain leadership, preferably EPC/construction
Strong leadership and communication abilities with executive-level reporting
Understanding of North America regulatory and business practices across key markets
Experience forming and developing high performing leaders and teams
Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 30%)

Responsibilities

Establish KPIs for North America Supply Chain tracking and reporting
Drive NA supply chain strategy with regional and global stakeholders
Lead and develop a high-performing regional Supply Chain team
Coordinate with Sourcing, Sales, Project Operations to secure on-time, on-budget delivery
Oversee execution plans and alignment with global strategies
Represent Supply Chain in executive meetings and with customers
Manage escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure ERP (Anaplan) capabilities are utilized and compliance is maintained
