Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a seasoned North America Supply Chain Leader based in Fremont, CA to own and optimize end-to-end regional supply chain operations. You will drive strategy, align with global sourcing, and lead a high‑performing team across multiple projects while collaborating with Sales, Ops, Finance, and R&D to enable growth.

The role requires deep experience in EPC/construction, strong execution discipline, and superb leadership.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of supply chain leadership experience (EPC/construction preferred).
• Global/regional NA regulatory and business practices knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPIs and drive North America supply chain strategy.
• Lead regional team and align with global sourcing and operations.
• Develop regional delivery schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget projects.
• Represent Supply Chain in executive meetings and quarterly reviews.
