This role combines strategic leadership with deep regulatory and financial modeling work, partnering with leadership across regions to drive a high-growth agenda in payments and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in top-tier strategy consulting or Big 4 strategy/transactions.
• Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes strategy projects and drive decisions.
• Fluency across regulatory, commercial, and financial deal dimensions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills to support ventures and M&A.
• Executive presence with credibility among founders, investors, regulators, and Tier 1 partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. expansion strategy, including market entry, licensing paths, partnerships, and GTM sequencing.
• Track and interpret the U.S. regulatory landscape and translate it into strategic direction.
• Lead board- and investor-grade strategy work and represent Fuze in external meetings.
• Drive new ventures and potential M&A across U.S., Canada, and LATAM, with analytical backing.
• Foster strategic partnerships and support senior sales opportunities across North America and LATAM.
• Coordinate with Dubai strategy team and Group leadership to align U.S. strategy with the global platform.
