Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Strategy & Engagement to lead brand positioning, messaging across campaigns, and audience-focused narratives. This role partners with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Digital Experience, Events, and Leadership to translate strategy into cohesive experiences.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will align messaging, campaigns, and activations across channels, driving strategic storytelling and audience Engagement initiatives at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise and business unit positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Ability to translate customer insights into audience narratives and activation plans.
• Proven track record aligning brand strategy with demand generation, digital experience, and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine enterprise and business unit positioning.
• Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience narratives aligned to business priorities.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across brand messaging and customer-facing communications.
• Translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling, audience-centered messaging.
• Synthesize insights into audience personas and segmentation frameworks.
• Translate customer, market, and sales insights into implications for messaging and marketing narratives.
• Build persona frameworks to support marketing strategy, messaging, and activation.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to incorporate research and performance insights.
