Fuze is seeking a Head of Strategic Sales and Partnerships to own the U.S. commercial presence. Located in New York City or Miami (Hybrid), you will set the go-to-market, lead the most strategic deals, and own client relationships end-to-end.
You will build strategic partnerships that expand our offerings for U.S. clients, onboard partners, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure growth stays aligned with the approved business plan.
Fuze is a global digital asset infrastructure group building the regulated rails that move stablecoins, digital assets and payments across some of the fastest-growing corridors in the world. Banks, fintechs and enterprises use our APIs to launch compliant digital asset products without building the licensing, custody and compliance stack themselves.
Our platform spans payments and wealth: stablecoin orchestration, cross-border payments with 24/7 settlement, a crypto payment gateway, embedded trading and collateralised lending, and an institutional OTC desk.
We've processed over $20B and we're just getting started. With teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Switzerland, Canada, the US, and more to come, we are backed by leading global investors.
Fuze is scaling into one of the defining infrastructure players in digital assets, and this is the moment to join - your call.
Location: New York City or Miami (Hybrid)
Reports to: Group Chief Strategy & Venture Officer
Scope: United States, Canada and LATAM
The U.S. will define the next chapter of payments and finance, and this role drives and executes our commercial presence and strategic reach on the ground there. As Head of Strategic Sales and Partnerships, you will own how Fuze wins that business. You'll set the go-to-market, lead the most strategic deals yourself, and own each client relationship for its whole life: finding the client, closing them, getting them live, and growing them across the platform. You'll also build the strategic partnerships that expand what we can offer U.S. clients, from first conversation through commercial structuring and due diligence to signed agreement.
This is a builder role. You'll establish Fuze as an ecosystem player in the US, creating the pipeline and playbooks rather than inheriting them. You'll work closely with Fuze Finance USA and Group leadership, Solutions, Compliance, Product, and Operations.
The right person is fluent on both sides of the table: the mechanics of U.S. banking and payment rails, and stablecoin issuance, on/off-ramps, and on-chain liquidity.
You'll shape how a global stablecoin infrastructure platform wins in the world's most important market, at the moment the rules are being written
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards you based on your performance. This includes a competitive base salary and potential eligibility for an annual bonus or commissions, depending on the role. The base salary range for this role, if based in New York City, is $200,000 to $230,000 per year; however, the base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Fuze is a global team by design. Our people work across many countries, bringing different cultures, languages, and perspectives to every decision we make. That mix is how we build infrastructure for markets around the world, and it shapes how we work every day.
We hire for talent, curiosity, and drive. Ideas win here, not titles or where you come from.
Fuze is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
If you need a reasonable accommodation during the hiring process, let us know and we'll support you.
