Qualifications

• 3-6 years of sales experience in the solar industry
• Proven success selling to utility-scale developers, EPCs, and IPPs
• Deep understanding of module technologies, pricing, supply chain, and regulations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the North America sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Drive new business development across utility-scale developers, IPPs, and EPCs
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing multi-MW module supply agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and strategic accounts
• Collaborate with product, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure pricing accuracy and delivery schedules
• Represent the company at industry conferences and customer meetings to increase brand visibility
• Support development of a growing sales team and regional expansion efforts
• Monitor market trends, policy changes, and customer requirements to inform leadership
• Prepare accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for senior management
