The Richmond Group USA is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to join a leading manufacturing client. This North America role will lead sales and marketing strategy and execution with a team to coach and build.

We are seeking a growth-minded leader with P&L responsibility, strong coaching skills, and a proven track record in Big Box and 2 Step Distribution. MBA preferred and a results-driven mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams with direct reports and P&L responsibility.
• Experience selling into Big Box home centers and 2-step distribution.
• Strong urgency and ability to drive metrics.
