Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is seeking a Vice President of Finance, North America, for a high-visibility, growth-focused role reporting to the President, Americas. You will shape the financial strategy for the region and partner with site leaders to drive performance across multiple North American sites.

You will lead a team of managers and business partners, champion operational excellence, and serve as a strategic advisor on organic and inorganic growth initiatives with significant upward mobility

• P&L experience and lean-minded leadership demonstrated.

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) in Finance or Accounting.

The Richmond Group’s Industrial Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top global manufacturing clients to identify a Vice President of Finance, North America to help them with an aggressive global growth strategy. This role will work within a high growth division and will report into the President, Americas and lead a team of people managers and individual contributor business partners geographically dispersed across their North American sites.

We are looking for a transformational leader – ready to drive both financial and operational excellence. We need a strong coach, and someone that is hands-on and not afraid to jump in with the team to solve problems.

This role will be a strategic advisor to the President on key initiatives to grow and expand the business and footprint (both organic and inorganic growth plans), with a ton of upward mobility long-term both within this particular division and the larger organization as whole as they scale (many divisions, diverse sectors).

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred), in Finance, Accounting, Etc.
• 10+ years working with Global Organization – Operational & Corporate Finance Exposure
• Experience Leading Teams
• P&L Experience, Lean Minded Leader
