The role demands accountability, results, and hands-on leadership to push opportunities from identification through production revenue. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of regional sales management in electronics components, with capacitor sales experience, and strong CRM/process skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required; experience designing components into customer circuits is a plus.
• 5+ years regional sales management with direct capacitor sales experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 CE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Johanson's independent manufacturers' representative network across North America.
• Drive revenue growth and manage a full sales funnel from identification to production revenue.
• Develop and execute corrective actions to improve performance and territory results.
• Establish account strategies and penetration plans for high-potential territories and key accounts.
• Travel approximately one week per month for multi-day trips and regional visits.
• Coach and develop reps to improve performance and ensure CRM adoption and data accuracy.
