Job summary

SPX Technologies, part of the Detection and Measurement division, seeks a North America Sales Leader for CUES, the world’s leading water inspection equipment provider. You will guide strategy across direct and distributor channels in North America, aligning sales, pricing, and channel performance to deliver profitable growth for municipalities and contractors.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of outside sales experience in municipal/contractor environments within a capital equipment related industry
• 5 years of direct experience leading a sales team

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the North America sales strategy across direct and dealer/distributor channels
• Oversee hiring, development, and motivation of sales personnel to achieve growth and margin objectives
• Promote structured sales processes, coaching, and performance management across the sales organization
