Escape Technologies in the United States seeks a Sales Director, North America to lead and scale our US sales organization. You will head a high-performing team across Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Engineers, owning revenue growth objectives and building a scalable North American revenue engine.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of B2B technology sales with revenue track record.
• 3+ years in sales leadership managing quota-carrying teams.
• Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, retain top sales talent.
• Track record closing enterprise deals (ACV $50K+).
• Ability to manage complex cycles involving security, procurement, and legal.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, application security, or DevSecOps.
• Excellent communication and coaching across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop NA sales team of account executives, BDRs, and sales engineers.
• Own and exceed NA revenue targets with strong pipeline management.
• Build scalable go-to-market processes and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with founders, execs, product, and marketing on GTM strategy.
