Job summary

Philips North America is seeking a seasoned S&OE Leader to drive hands-on execution of supply chain plans across North America. You will partner with stakeholders to translate plans into action, manage priorities and risks, and push operational excellence across end-to-end processes.

In this role you will coordinate resources, define roadmaps and KPIs, and leverage analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve planning, forecasting and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, or 3+ years with a master’s degree.
• Experience leading end-to-end S&OE or supply chain programs.
• Ability to translate forecasts into actionable plans and actions.
• Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics for supply chain or financial reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on execution of North America S&O plans.
• Coordinate program activities across end-to-end supply chain and drive timely actions.
• Define deliverables, roadmaps, and KPIs with progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Philips quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management across the program.
