Job Description 591391 North America S&OE Leader As the North America Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Leader, you will lead the hands-on execution of supply chain plans across North America, partnering with key stakeholders to translate plans into action, manage priorities and risks, and drive operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain. Your role: Lead the hands-on execution of North America Sales & Operations Execution plans and supply chain programs, ensuring agreed priorities and actions are effectively translated into operational execution and aligned with Philips' strategic objectives. Partner with key stakeholders across the supply chain and business to align on program goals and execution, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, quality standards, dependencies, and risks to deliver expected outcomes.
Coordinate program activities and resources across the end-to-end supply chain, proactively identifying execution gaps, constraints, and risks and driving timely actions and escalation to maintain performance and continuity. Define and manage program deliverables, business cases, program charters, execution roadmaps, and key performance indicators, providing clear progress reporting and ensuring accountability and alignment across stakeholders. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by applying supply chain and program management methodologies, supporting the implementation of innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Philips quality standards.
You're the right fit if: You've acquired 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with a master's degree in supply chain, project management, program management, portfolio management, Agile methodology, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your skills include strong supply chain and program management expertise, the ability to interpret complex supply chain forecasts and analytics and translate data into actionable business insights, annual planning and reporting, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, risk management, and performance measurement. Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, or advanced analytics for supply chain or financial reporting is a plus. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You're a hands-on, results-oriented leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate plans into action, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, proactively resolve execution challenges, and drive accountability for results.
How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in CT is $136,000 to $216,000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
