Job summary

Philips seeks an Operations Excellence & Supply Chain Analytics Lead to transform complex supply chain and financial data into actionable insights for North America. You will drive forecasting accuracy, continuous improvement, and data-driven decisions for senior leadership.

Lead analytics across NA, apply advanced techniques, and partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting, planning, and reporting. Must reside near Stamford, CT, with on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Experience interpreting performance against forecasts and supporting planning.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics, forecasting, statistics, and data mining.
• Ability to use AI-enabled analytics to improve reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain analytics across North America.
• Evaluate performance against forecasts, targets, and the Annual Operating Plan.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions to improve end-to-end performance.
• Apply optimization, simulation, data mining, statistics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Enhance financial and operational reporting, and support data-driven decisions.
• Transform data into clear insights and compelling business narratives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior/C-suite leadership.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop sustainable improvements.
• Integrate improvements into standard processes and ways of working.
• Define requirements for automated analytics and reporting across systems.
• Leverage data from multiple sources to improve forecasting and planning.
