Qualificações

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with strong academic record.
• Experience advising on regulatory matters in North America (US/Canada).
• Experience engaging with regulators, lawmakers, and industry bodies in North America.
• Ability to align regulatory compliance with business strategy and mitigate risk.
• Experience managing investigations, enforcement actions, inquiries, and crises.
• Leadership experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead North American regulatory legal strategy and execution.
• Advise executives on high-stakes regulatory issues with clear guidance.
• Serve as primary Regulatory lead for North America, translating global priorities regionally.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional team of regulatory lawyers.
• Oversee regulator engagements ensuring alignment with legal obligations.
• Monitor emerging laws and translate requirements into business strategies.
• Partner with Public Policy, Compliance, Trust & Safety, Product, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Lead input into regulatory investigations and examinations.
• Develop scalable policies and training for regulatory compliance.
