JoVE is seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Director to lead the North America sales organization. You will manage a team of Account Executives, drive revenue, and oversee sales operations in JoVE's largest market.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent while aligning with marketing and customer success. The role focuses on renewing existing contracts and expanding subscriptions across JoVE's education and science video titles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years leading sales teams in EdTech, K-12 or STEM publishing industries.
• 10+ years of experience in sales.

Responsabilités

• Lead the North America regional sales team of 9 Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strategically direct and oversee sales activities, tracking pipeline health and deal progression to drive growth.
• Recruit, mentor and develop sales talent to grow JoVE's education and science video subscriptions.
• Define, implement and monitor KPIs for the sales team and adjust as needed.
• Analyze buyer motivations, competitive dynamics, and sales cycle to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success and other teams for alignment.
• Plan and manage renewal projects with existing clients.
