Vylor is seeking an innovative IT Sub Regional Lead for North America to guide IT strategy and operations across multiple sites. This role demands strong leadership, planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services and support.

You will manage regional IT teams, oversee field services, coordinate projects, and ensure compliance with policies while driving improvements in service delivery and operational maturity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations management, including field services and site-based IT support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
• Experience managing IT projects, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and field services for multiple sites within a sub region, ensuring consistent delivery of IT services and support.
• Lead and manage site or sub region IT teams, including field service technicians and site IT support staff.
• Monitor performance metrics, track service quality, and address issues or areas for improvement.
• Oversee IT operations at regional sites, including hardware and software installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Lead and manage regional IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and new technology implementations.
• Coordinate change management, release management, and configuration management processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
