Vylor Inc. in North America is seeking an innovative IT Sub Regional Lead to shape and realize the IT vision across a portfolio of products and services.

You will oversee IT operations, field services, and site management for multiple regional sites, delivering reliable IT support and services. The role requires strategic planning, operational leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in IT operations management, including field services and site-based IT support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware).
• Experience managing IT projects with organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Certifications in project management or IT service management can be beneficial (ITIL, PMP).

Responsabilités

• Oversee IT operations and field services for multiple sites.
• Lead and manage regional IT teams and staffing.
• Monitor performance metrics and service quality.
• Manage site IT infrastructure installations and upgrades.
• Lead regional IT projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate change, release, and configuration management.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, SOX, GDPR and internal policies.
