Job summary

Vylor is seeking an innovative IT Sub Regional Lead for North America to drive IT operations and field services across multiple sites. You will lead regional IT teams, optimize service delivery, and partner with vendors to implement upgrades and new technologies that support our farmers' needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of IT operations management experience, including field services and site-based support.
Experience managing multiple locations is essential.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in managing IT projects and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations and field services across multiple sites within the sub region.
Lead site IT teams and ensure adequate staffing and scheduling.
Monitor service quality and resolve IT incidents promptly.
Manage regional IT projects, upgrades, deployments.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet scope, time, budget.
Ensure compliance with FDA, SOX, GDPR etc.
Develop documentation of configurations and procedures.
