Job summary

Vylor is seeking an IT Engineering Lead for North America regional operations. The role oversees IT operations and field services across multiple sites, directing regional IT teams and ensuring consistent service delivery.

You will develop SLAs, manage budgets, coordinate with site managers, and drive IT projects with vendors while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience IT operations management, including field services and site-based IT support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and hardware.
• Leadership skills with experience managing IT teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and field services for multiple sites within the region.
• Lead and manage regional IT teams.
• Develop and implement SLAs and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with site managers to ensure IT systems support local business operations.
• Manage budgets and resources for IT operations.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
