You will manage and optimize IT operations across multiple regional sites, including field services and site IT support, while leading local IT teams to deliver high-quality service. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3–5 years proven experience in IT operations management, including field services and site-based IT support.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and hardware.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations and field services for multiple sites within the region.
Lead and develop regional IT teams, including field service technicians and site IT staff.
Develop SLAs and procedures to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements across regional IT operations.
Coordinate with site managers to support local business operations and regulatory requirements.
