Job summary
Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Regional Finance Senior Director for North America to partner with the Leadership Team on profitability, planning, and strategic decision-making.
You will lead finance across forecasting, governance, and business transformation while supporting growth and value creation for the region. The role oversees a regional finance team (~35 FTEs), drives monthly reviews, and partners with cross-functional teams to optimize margins and operating income.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred.
- Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA) and/or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance partnership to the North America Leadership Team.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the region.
- Provide strategic financial insight to support growth and profitability.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
- Develop and manage a regional finance team (~35 FTEs, including overseas shared services).
- Support major negotiations, bids, and contract renewals with finance analytics.
