Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage and grow the Finance Data Analytics function.

You will drive cross-functional performance, oversee planning, and ensure high-quality analytics outputs across financial reporting, profitability analytics, BI, data products, and automation. You will lead a team, align stakeholders and vendors, and promote standardized analytics practices and data-driven decision making within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including delivery at a cross-team or subfunction scale, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops the Finance Data Analytics function to drive cross-functional performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversees data readiness, governance alignment, solution requirements, documentation, testing, and continuity practices for reliable finance analytics assets.
• Drives standardization and scaling of finance analytics, reporting, visualization, testing, and delivery practices to improve consistency and decision-making.
• Presents analytics strategy and reporting recommendations to senior leaders with clear trade-offs and dependencies.
