Credera, a global consulting firm, seeks a senior leader to head Financial Planning & Analysis for North America. The role partners closely with the NA Finance Lead, the Executive Leadership Team, and regional finance peers to drive performance, planning, and decision support across the business.

You will manage a FP&A team, own monthly reforecasts, budgeting, and insights for leadership reviews, emphasizing cash, headcount, and strategic investments. Hybrid schedule with limited travel.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• Significant FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience
• Professional services/consulting experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead the NA FP&A function, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and business reporting
• Serve as senior finance partner to the NA CEO and Regional Leadership Team on performance and investments
• Manage and develop FP&A professionals (FP&A Manager and FP&A Analyst)
• Partner with Global CFO to set financial goals, policies, and procedures
• Own the NA FP&A calendar, monthly reforecast deliverables, variance analysis
• Prepare financial insights for ELT and Omnicom performance reviews
• Oversee annual budgeting with NA Leadership and Operations teams
• Collaborate on headcount planning, compensation modeling, and incentives
• Establish and maintain FP&A controls and governance
• Develop a high-performing FP&A team and coordinate with India Finance
