Cencora, Inc. seeks a Finance Director to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial partnerships across its healthcare-focused divisions.

You will translate data into actionable insights, build financial models, and guide senior leaders through investments and trade-offs. Responsibilities include leading annual planning, performance analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with Accounting and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline required.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate finance/FP&A experience with complex organizations.
• Previous people leadership or management experience required.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, modeling, business cases, and executive-level analysis.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and estimates.
• Analyze performance across revenue, gross profit, OPEX, capex, headcount.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance.
• Develop business cases, models, and scenario analyses for opportunities.
• Lead monthly financial and management reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting for close and reporting processes.
• Evaluate financial impact of projects and investments.
• Support growth opportunities and resource allocation decisions.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and data for decision support.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
