Job summary

Referment is expanding its footprint in North America and seeks a Program Manager to own large-scale enterprise projects. You will serve as the main client contact, guiding technical discussions and aligning teams across engineering, QA, and R&D.

The role demands a strong track record with B2B software or SaaS, an independent work style, and proven ability to manage budgets and timelines for enterprise customers. You will report to the Program Management function and drive delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects within a technology or software product company.
• Track record with large enterprise customers, understanding their processes and budgets.
• Strong command of project management frameworks and tools; able to work independently.
• Comfort handling escalations and motivating cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale end-to-end projects for enterprise customers.
• Serve as the primary North American presence and client contact; lead technical discussions.
• Enforce the project framework methodology with internal and external teams.
• Manage scope, plans, content, inbound/outbound communications; negotiate requirements.
• Provide matrix management across engineering, QA, R&D and other disciplines.
• Develop risk/contingency plans and produce data-driven status reports.
• Translate system capabilities into practical usability for customers.
