Job summary

Shield Financial Compliance is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale, end-to-end projects for enterprise customers. You will drive cross-functional teams including R&D, integration and QA, translating complex technical capabilities into practical customer-facing outcomes.

Based in North America, you will act as Shield's primary point of contact, manage project scope, timelines and risks, and ensure delivery with high quality while maintaining strong customer relationships and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing technical projects across R&D, QA, and integration teams.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into practical customer usability.
• Experience with enterprise customers and long-term relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale end-to-end projects for enterprise customers.
• Enforce Shield's project framework internally and with customers.
• Be the primary Shield presence in North America.
• Maintain direct customer contact and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Define project scope, plan, and content control.
• Coordinate matrix of engineering, QA, and R&D teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Prioritize and communicate customer requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
