You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while enforcing the Shield project framework across complex initiatives.

You bring 8+ years of experience in technology/software product environments, with the ability to translate technical details into practical customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managing large-scale enterprise projects.
• Experience with tech R&D integration and QA.
• Ability to translate technical details into practical usability for customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale enterprise projects end-to-end.
• Enforce project framework methodology.
• Be the primary Shield contact in North America.
• Maintain direct contact with customers and key stakeholders.
• Customer management during the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, plan and content control.
• Inbound matrix management of various tech disciplines.
• Define, prioritize, negotiate and communicate customer requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
