Referment is working with a global digital communications compliance company that serves financial services organizations. Its AI-powered platform captures and analyzes communications across email, chat, mobile, trade and video channels, helping compliance teams detect risk and maintain audit-ready records.

This Program Manager will be the company's primary and first point of presence in North America, so it suits someone who thrives working independently with sound judgment and minimal oversight. You will manage large-scale implementation projects end to end for enterprise customers, act as the main client contact, and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

The Role

• Manage large-scale projects end to end, from initiation to closure, for enterprise customers.
• Serve as the primary North American presence and point of contact, leading technical discussions internally and externally.
• Enforce the company's project framework methodology with internal and external teams.
• Manage project scope, plans and content control inbound and outbound, and negotiate customer requirements.
• Provide matrix management across integration engineers, QA, R&D and other technical disciplines.
• Build risk, mitigation and contingency plans, and deliver professional, data-driven status reporting.
• Develop a working technical understanding of the system to translate its capabilities into practical usability for customers.
