Job summary

Netnumber seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for North America to lead vision, roadmap, and execution across the region. You will guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with business goals.

You will engage with customers to validate direction, develop regional expertise, and enable sales with effective content while driving industry engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the North America product strategy and roadmap to align with regional needs and company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, sales and customer success to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Develop subject matter expertise for North America and the Netnumber portfolio to support sales and partnerships.
• Create internal enablement content (documentation, collateral, trainings) to empower sales and product teams.
• Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders, carriers and CPaaS players to advance Netnumber initiatives.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and in-life management, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and networks to ensure feasibility, scalability, and service delivery.
• Partner with onboarding and support teams to drive adoption, satisfaction and retention.
• Define KPIs for adoption, usage, revenue, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency; report to leadership.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in product development and support workflows and promote best practices.
• Represent Netnumber at industry events and with customers, suppliers and partners; deliver webinars and trainings.
