Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of Optical Networking experience and domain knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage products for North American customers and align roadmap with network evolution.
• Gather feature requests from sales and customers to address roadmap gaps.
• Prioritize features across North America and other regions for impact.
• Provide innovative network solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams on pricing strategies and approvals.
• Support regional bookings targets and overall profitability.
