Job summary

Pozyx Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Operations/Partner Management professional to own deployments from handover to go-live and to build a robust partner network for delivering Pozyx RTLS solutions in North America.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage partner enablement, and help scale U.S. operations while traveling 30–50% and relocating if needed. Training and collaboration with Belgium-based HQ will be required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting or project delivery.
• Track record of turning business requirements into working system or process solutions.
• Has taken projects through requirements, design, testing, training and go-live.
• Strong English; comfortable working internationally.
• Willing to travel 30–50% and to relocate/live in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, IT, engineering, supply chain or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from sales handover through go-live and coordinate testing and training.
• Coordinate customers, Pozyx engineering and partners through testing, customization, training and the transition to support.
• Build onboarding, training and certification programs alongside our technical specialists for partners.
• Standardize delivery processes and forecast implementation capacity to scale North American operations.
