Job summary

Weiler Abrasives Group seeks a Director of North America Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for our NA manufacturing footprint. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution across multiple locations, driving continuous improvement and capital investments to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for North American manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution across locations.
• Ensure safe operations through compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.
• Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, inventory, and customer service to meet objectives.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and manage budgets to optimize performance and growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership teams and strengthen succession readiness across NA operations.
• Standardize processes and best practices to improve consistency and customer satisfaction.
