Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy, including market segmentation and target account plans.
• Identify, acquire, and grow strategic OEM accounts from discovery through agreement and implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, and executives to position Emerson Measurement Solutions.
• Create and execute strategic account plans driving design wins and long-term growth.
• Collaborate across sales, product management, application engineering, and channel teams to align OEM strategies with end-user demand.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities with disciplined opportunity management and annual business reviews.
