DTC, a Codan Company, is seeking a Marketing Manager - North America to execute the global marketing strategy across North America. Based on-site in Ashburn, VA, you will translate priorities into regional campaigns, content, sales materials and events, while leading a marketing team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on graphic design skills with Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Experience translating strategy into regional campaigns and materials.
• Experience managing a marketing team and collaborating across regions.
• Familiarity with trade shows, events and lead generation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, website content management and basic SEO.
• Ability to prepare clear marketing reports using Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Regional marketing execution translating global strategy into North American activity plans.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, email, social media and events.
• Gather regional insights to inform messaging and campaign improvements.
• Write, edit and proofread marketing content and create graphic assets.
• Lead and develop marketing team members and coordinate with global leads.
• Support trade shows, demonstrations and regional events, including logistics.
• Prepare regular campaign and budget performance reports and manage calendars and spend.
