Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate our global go-to-market strategy into focused priorities and programs for North America. You will lead our eight-person North America Field Marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Alliances, and Customer Success to deliver an integrated regional plan.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• 6+ years leading high-performing teams regionally or globally.
• B2B SaaS marketing across multiple market segments.
• Strategic, data-informed go-to-market planning.
• Cross-functional leadership aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Translate global go-to-market strategy into North America priorities and programs.
• Lead the NA Field Marketing team and partner with Revenue, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and others.
• Influence integrated regional go-to-market execution.
• Direct multi-channel regional campaigns with local market adaptation.
• Set and track regional KPIs and optimize ROI.
• Oversee budget allocation and agency/vendor relationships.
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at industry events and partner forums.
