Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate global go-to-market strategy into focused NA priorities and programs. You will lead an eight-person Field Marketing team and partner across Revenue, Corporate, Sales, and Product to drive demand and revenue growth.

You will shape regional GTM, manage budgets and partnerships, and act as the brand ambassador at key events, ensuring Cornerstone remains a top-of-mind vendor for executives across North America.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• 6+ years leading high-performing regional or global teams.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing across multiple market segments (HCM a plus).
• Strong ability to translate global priorities into regional plans.

Responsibilities

• Translate global go-to-market strategy into North America priorities and programs to accelerate demand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Coach and develop the North America Field Marketing team to foster impact and growth.
• Align Field Marketing with Revenue, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Alliances, and Customer Success.
• Direct regional activation of multi-channel, integrated campaigns and adapt programs to local dynamics.
• Set regional KPIs, monitor performance, and translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Oversee NA Field Marketing budget allocation and agency/vendor relationships.
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at industry events and partner forums as the regional brand ambassador.
