Novonesis in North America seeks a Senior Manager, Market Strategy & Portfolio Management for the Animal group. You will help define where we compete and how we win, partnering with commercial leaders and cross‑functional teams to shape growth strategy across beef, dairy, silage, swine, poultry, and pet markets.

You will lead the regional marketing team, steer pricing, and own portfolio performance while collaborating on launches and investments to drive sustainable profitability in a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, Marketing or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set NA market and portfolio strategy across beef, dairy, silage, swine, poultry, and pets.
• Lead and develop the regional marketing team; translate market strategy into priorities for marketing, sales enablement, trade shows, and engagement.
• Serve as senior strategic partner on commercial leadership; guide decisions on markets, customers, pricing, and investments.
• Own portfolio performance and strategic planning using market and financial insights to advise where to invest or deprioritize.
• Identify growth opportunities, new segments, and channel opportunities; build the case for action.
• Set strategy for product launches with cross-functional alignment; manage pricing, adoption, and success metrics.
• Guide major customer negotiations and assess value, profitability, and long-term potential.
• Represent NA in regional/global forums to align priorities and mobilize cross-functional teams.
