Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, North America Strategy to support the development and execution of strategic priorities across Mars Veterinary Health.

This role partners closely with the VP, North America Strategy and cross-functional leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, conduct strategic analyses, and develop insights and recommendations that inform decision making. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and effective communication

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of strategy, corporate strategy, business analytics, or related experience.
• Experience supporting strategic projects in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to structure ambiguity.
• Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
• Solid business acumen and financial analysis skills; fast-paced environment experience.
