Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Sr. Manager, North America Strategy to lead strategic priority development and execution across the North America region.

You will partner with the VP and cross-functional leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, conduct analyses, and deliver data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business analytics in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience structuring ambiguous business questions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level materials.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in healthcare services, veterinary healthcare or adjacent industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of North America strategic priorities.
• Translate objectives into analytical workplans, recommendations, and outputs.
• Develop executive-ready materials to support strategic discussions and decision making.
• Conduct market, competitive, customer, and industry analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Medical, Finance, Technology, and Commercial teams on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor trends across veterinary healthcare, petcare, and adjacent industries.
