The role demands rigorous analysis, executive storytelling, and cross-functional influence across operations, medical, finance, technology, and commercial teams.

As a trusted advisor to the VP, North America Strategy, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, supervise complex analyses, and deliver insights

Qualifications

• Experience supporting strategic projects in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience structuring ambiguous business questions.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including development of executive-level materials.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Strategy Development & Planning: Support development of North America strategic priorities, long-range planning, and key growth initiatives; translate objectives into analyses and outputs; develop executive-ready materials.
• Strategic Analysis & Decision Support: Structure complex questions and conduct analyses to inform decisions; evaluate growth opportunities and partnerships; develop data-driven insights for leadership.
• Market, Competitive & Business Insights: Conduct analyses to identify opportunities and risks; synthesize data into clear insights; monitor veterinary healthcare trends.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Operations, Medical, Finance, Technology, and Commercial teams; build relationships to drive alignment.
• Strategic Execution & Governance: Drive planning rigor, track initiatives, identify risks and tradeoffs; support enterprise priorities.
• Other duties as necessary.
