Job summary

Via is a mobility company headquartered in New York. The Launch Associate Principal will lead the introduction of new Via services across markets, owning technology implementation, operational setup, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, tech or a field with meaningful client accountability and ability to lead big projects and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage launches of new Via services, from technology implementation to operational setup.
• Define and manage KPIs across on-time performance, rider satisfaction, safety and cost efficiency.
• Translate weekly/monthly performance data into decisions.
• Lead a 30+ frontline team during launch transitions, including hiring, coaching and culture setting.
• Build an operation where people feel accountable, supported and proud of what they deliver.
• Hire, develop and train frontline leaders for long-term operations.
• Own Via's relationship with transit agency partners and represent Via to community stakeholders.
