Job summary

Noark Electric, a global manufacturer of electrical components, seeks a North America HR Shared Services Specialist to support HRIS, analytics, and employee development across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will drive efficiency, data accuracy, and a superior employee experience by partnering with regional HR teams and global HR.

Responsibilities include HR data governance, onboarding facilitation, and leading regional learning initiatives while aligning with global HR strategies and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations, HR shared services, HRIS, or HR analytics experience.
• Experience supporting HR operations across multiple locations or countries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Management across North America, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Consolidate and maintain HR data; develop dashboards and reports.
• Organize onboarding/orientation training and regional L&D programs.
• Coordinate HR-related vendors and manage contracts and costs.
• Standardize HR processes and drive digital transformation of workflows.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and global HR functions.
• Support regional HR projects and system implementations.
• Review, document, and maintain SOPs and workflow guidelines.
