Premier NX is seeking an experienced cross-border Manager of Human Resources, North America to support the HR function across our U.S. and Canada operations.

The role leads the North America HR team and collaborates with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals, aiming to create an environment where professionals can develop their careers. You will oversee talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, recruiting, employment branding, employee relations, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR across multiple U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
• Expertise in talent management, compensation/benefits, recruiting, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to execute HR strategy across U.S. and Canada.
• Oversee onboarding, employee development, compensation, benefits, and communication.
• Lead talent and performance management, development, policies, and merit reviews.
• Track HR metrics and present results to leadership.
• Oversee employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, leaves, and policy compliance.
• Drive engagement, team-building, and employer branding initiatives.
• Direct HR operations across the U.S. and Canada including retirement plans, benefits tracking, and background checks.
• Develop and coach the HR team and collaborate with executives on organizational strategy.
