Bekaert, a global leader in steel wire transformation and coatings, seeks an experienced HRBP to lead the North American people agenda from Atlanta. You will partner with regional leadership to drive workforce strategy, succession, and labor relations while aligning with Group HR.

You will shape organizational design, talent development, and culture, supporting frontline operations and distributed sales teams across multiple countries. Fluent English and working Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HRBP or regional HR leadership experience in an international environment.
• Experience supporting frontline operations and distributed commercial teams across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, and organizational development.

Responsabilités

• Lead the people agenda across North America, aligning regional priorities with Group HR.
• Partner with plant, function, and sales leaders on workforce stability and change.
• Attract and develop talent, build succession depth, and enable mobility across countries.
• Coach leaders to promote a high-performance culture grounded in safety and inclusion.
• Anticipate labor relations risks and navigate union dynamics in line with local law.
• Localize global HR frameworks while maintaining regional consistency.
