Job summary

TalentMatch LLC seeks a Senior HR leader for the US & Canada HR CoE, based in Garland, TX (Hybrid). You will build and evolve a high-impact HR operation across multiple entities, guiding recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.

You will manage a budget, support M&A integrations, and mentor a 20+ person team, reporting to the VP of HR and SHEQ. French bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading 20+ person teams in complex, multi-entity organizations.
• Strong operational leadership across recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
• Experience supporting US & Canada with knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Bilingual: English; French is a strong asset.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Dayforce preferred.
• Executive presence with ability to lead in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead US & Canada HR CoE operations and drive service delivery.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
• Manage HR budgets, vendors, and M&A integrations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Partner with global HRIS teams and senior leadership.
