• Lead NA HR Centers of Excellence with governance over policy, recruiting, compensation, immigration, benefits and HR Shared Services.
• Own HR policy interpretation, development, maintenance and compliance across North America.
• Direct North America recruiting leadership and manage executive and critical hiring searches.
